Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a **Procurement Agent (Associate)** to join our team in **Philadelphia, PA** .
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ The candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skills
+ Proactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is required
+ Assists with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply
+ Supports the sourcing negotiations and documenting of purchase contracts
+ Gathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities
+ Spares pricing and lead-time negotiations
+ Collaboration with other internal teams to gain process efficiencies and meet the needs of our internal and external customer’s requirements
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes
+ Experience in Data Analysis
+ Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
+ Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred.
+ Experience in contracts and proposals.
+ Experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations.
+ Experience negotiating price and schedule with customer

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range (Associate1): $55,000.00 – $75,000.00
Summary pay range (Associate2): $64,850.00 - $87,750.00
