Come join our fast paced and exciting team focused on aluminum contracts in support of Commercial Airplanes. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for contract negotiations, excels at working cross functionally and has strong problem-solving skills. In this role, the Procurement Agent will provide contracting knowledge and sourcing expertise and negotiate and carry out all aspects of BCA Supply Chain Contracts in support of production programs. Primary duties include maintaining relationships with external suppliers and internal collaborators, negotiating follow-on contracts, cost recoveries and engineering changes. In this role, you will be the primary contact with the supplier(s) and will maintain contracts and statement of work within approved BCA Supply Chain policies and procedures.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditions.Prepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreements.Interprets and enforces contract terms and conditions.Consults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issues.Leads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commodities.Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performance.Participates in supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategies.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):
5+ years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex sourcing activities, contracts and subcontracts 5+ years of experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment5+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 5+ years of experience working Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW)Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree5+ years of experience with Supplier Management or Procurement practices & processes 5+ years of experience leading supplier terms & conditions and price negotiations 5+ years of experience with contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal departmentDrug Free Workplace:
