Position Responsibilities:
Prepares and executes supplier contracts in support of program needsPartnering with Program and Engineering teammates to provide the best sourcing solution for our programsThe candidate must possess strong business acumen, communication and problem solving skillsProactive engagement with various disciplines and program stakeholders is requiredGathers data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunitiesAssociate (Level 2)
Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supplyPrepares and executes proprietary information agreementsSupports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreementsCommunicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performanceMid-Level (Level 3)
Integrates program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategiesNegotiates pricing and contract terms and conditionsPrepares and executes negotiated contractual documents and binding agreementsConducts risk, issues and opportunities managementManages supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performanceInitiates and executes supplier improvement activities and integrates results into contracting strategiesSenior (Level 4)
Provides oversight and management of supply and demand, schedules, supplier quality, delivery and financial performanceLeads negotiation of pricing and contract terms and conditionsPrepares and executes negotiation strategies resulting in contractual documents and binding agreementsInterprets and enforces contract terms and conditionsConsults with external customers to resolve supplier performance issuesLeads supplier performance teams to develop strategic supplier solutions across programs and commoditiesParticipates on supply chain process improvement teams and identifies improvement opportunities for potential integration into supplier contract strategiesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years’ experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management1+ years’ experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts and subcontracts1+ years’ experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and servicesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent or BuyerExperience and/or training with the Truth in Negotiations Act (TINA)Experience working on U.S. Department of Defense contractsExport Control Requirement:
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Associate (Level 2): $63,900-$74,550
Mid-Level (Level 3): $79,200 - $92,400
Senior (Level 4): $100,800-$117,600

Security Clearance
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Top Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
