As a Procurement Administrator at Diona, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of essential utilities and services projects across Australia. You’ll be part of a dedicated and passionate team focused on providing smart, sustainable solutions for our clients. Day to day, you’ll work closely with the project and commercial teams to ensure the timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services, helping keep our projects on track and our supply chain running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities of a Procurement Admin with Diona
Assist in the on and off hire of both internal and external plant
Assist with invoice processing and statement reconciliation
Support Project Teams with supplier requirements
Ensure all compliance documentation is up to date and accessible to Project Teams
Onboard new suppliers as required

2+ years Administration experience (preferably in the construction industry)
