The Sales Support team supports the various domestic Sales channels including Travel Agency Sales and Domestic Wholesale.
In this role you will help conduct the domestic Co-Op campaign process including payments, which is aligned with the sales and marketing strategies to grow the Disney Destinations Portfolio businesses. Additional responsibility includes partnering and implementing bill payments across the Domestic Leisure Sales Channels organization.
You will report to the Sales Support Manager.
What You Will DoCollaborate with Sales teams and partners to drive ongoing process improvements
Ensure timely bill payment for all business lines using SHIELD CRM online
Validate campaign documentation in SHIELD for Co-op payments
Prioritize and expedite payment issues with Shared Services
Conduct research and address issues reported by the client, Sales, and Marketing partners related to payment discrepancies and processing errors
Process Co-op and operational invoice payments, as well as facilitate the invitation of new vendor accounts for Domestic Leisure Sales
Keep all records, invoices, and vendor correspondence on file
Use of COUPA and SAP for invoice payment and tracking
Perform administrative functions related to answering inquiries about payments and account set up from the client, Shared Services, Finance, & Financial Planning
Ad hoc tasks and projects for the Sales Support Team
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience and strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes & functions
Experience working in SAP and COUPA
Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including proficient experience with Microsoft Excel
Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated problem solving skills and continuous improvement process skills
Demonstrated strong communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Willingness to learn new software applications
Flexibility in changing processes and procedures
Experience handling confidential information
Preferred QualificationsProven knowledge of Disney Destinations product
Knowledge of Disney procedures
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including holidays and overtime
Required EducationHigh school degree or equivalent
