Purpose of Role:
As Procure-to-Pay (P2P) specialist, you manage the process of acquiring goods and services, from initial need to final payment. You ensure efficient procurement, supplier payments, and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities
Amongst others:
Managing the end-to-end P2P process:This includes requisition transfer to purchase order creation, receiving and support on invoicing, and payment. Supporting Procurement and Accounts Payable:
Think of tasks like identification and resolving discrepancies. Collaborating with other teams:
You will work with various departments to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Controlling costs and managing cash flow:You help optimize spending and ensure timely payments.

Completed education on bachelor degree level, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting or FinanceKnowledge of the Procure to Pay Process is a mustExperience in working with ERP systems preferably SAPFluency in the English language, verbally as well as in writing. Knowledge of the Dutch language is a bonus.Does this sound like you?
