Job Title: Global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Process Owner

Job Summary: We are excited to announce a newly created role for a RELX Procure to Pay (P2P) Global Process Owner to lead and optimize our end-to-end procure to pay processes across all divisions of RELX. The successful candidate will be responsible for harmonizing the P2P team into a unified global organization, driving process standardization, and defining the P2P strategy to fully leverage the capabilities of Oracle Fusion. This role requires a strong leader with deep P2P expertise, change management skills, and a strategic mindset to optimize procurement and payment processes on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, Lead and Drive a high performing Global P2P operational team.Ensuring the development and execution of efficient and consistent procure-to-pay activities across all regions.Drive the harmonization and integration of regional P2P teams into a single, cohesive global organization post-Fusion rollout.Define and implement a global P2P strategy that maximizes the benefits of the Fusion ERP system, including process improvements, automation, and compliance.Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless system adoption and continuous improvement of P2P processes.Establish global P2P governance, policies, and best practices to ensure standardization and compliance with internal controls and external regulations.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive performance excellence.Leverage data analytics to drive insights and decision-making.Manage relationships with vendors and internal customers to ensure high service levels and resolve escalated issues.Act as a change agent to promote process standardization and user adoption.Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in procure-to-pay processes to continuously enhance the global P2P function.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree holderProven experience (10+ years) in procure-to-pay operations, in a global environment.Strong knowledge of ERP systems; direct experience with Oracle Fusion is highly desirable.Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.Experience in delivering process standardization and automation to deliver efficiencies
