Job Description

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Completion of allocated tasks

Reacting to abnormal activities and notification of such to the process supervisorSupport team members if they require assistancePerform inspections on equipmentStart and stop equipment where requiredProvide assistance in breakdownsFollow instructions from supervisors carefullyApply open two way communicationOperate communication equipmentCarry out basic operational procedures as required/directed

Safety, health, environment and quality Administration

Reports completed to required standardsComplete safety inspectionsMaintain good housekeepingAdhere to and improved safety standardsReport abnormal activitiesParticipate in safety meetingsIdentify risks and threats to the process proactivelyComplete data logging and reporting to standard

This role is at B7 level reporting to the Process Supervisor

QualificationsGrade 12 / NQF 4 – Maths, Science, EnglishPass ABET level 4 screening

Experience

1 – 2 years’ experience as Processor Grade 3
