Processor - Level 3 (1st shift)

As a Processor 3, you will produce high quality products and services for our customers. You will assist in implementing production procedures and optimizing existing manufacturing processes to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our customers. You will be responsible for your work area to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at the site to address safety, production and quality improvements. You will work out of our Woonsocket, RI location.
In this role, you will impact the productivity and effectiveness of our operations, ensuring that all processing tasks are executed with precision and in alignment with our strategic objectives.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
• 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday - Friday
• Proficient understanding of various manufacturing processes, including assembly, fabrication, testing, machining, and packaging.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications.
• Implement and maintain processing standards and protocols to enhance quality control
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols

**YOU MUST HAVE**
• Electrical Mechanical background
• 4+ years of machine shop experience
• Basic knowledge of tooling
• Tooling experience
