Job Summary:
To hang and clean component parts for bond prime application.
Job Responsibilities:
• Performs a variety of operations, working from detailed routers and written/oral instructions to
hang, clean, etch, anodize, and re-kit component parts for bond assemblies.
o Monitors tank temperatures and computer input start up cycles.
• Verifies each kit contains the correct parts for hanging according to the Advanced Parts List.
• Records assembly and item numbers on process log sheets.
• Uses hand tools such as wire cutters, sanders, picks, and electric erasers.
• Responsible for own work and the quality of own work.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Education:
Requires a high school diploma, an equivalent certificate, or a bronze level WorkKeys certification.
Requires the use of simple arithmetic, simple blueprints, and some measuring instruments. Must be able
to follow verbal instructions.
Experience:
Requires a minimum of three months experience in metal bond or of general related experience.
Working Conditions:
Frequent to continuous exposure to various chemicals.
