Processing Supervisor
JSG is recruiting/hiring for a Process Supervisor
Location: Sarasota, FL (34237)
6-month contract to hire (ONSITE 100%)

SUMMARY This is an essential Supervisor position that provides direction, leadership and support for the Court Processing division. This position requires a motivated candidate to perform a range of essential supervisory duties of the Courts Division. The ideal candidate is analytical, has strong written and oral communication skills, and has demonstrated leadership skills in their prior employment.  The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.  Candidates should have experience delegating work assignments, as well as managing schedules and workload in accordance with policies and procedures.  In addition, experience with training others to perform daily work is a requirement.   An opportunity to learn about the justice system and start or continue career development in a dynamic environment with a focus on teamwork and a desire for public service.  Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of Supervision/Management of administrative teams, customer service teams, or electronic file maintenance teams experience is preferred. Provides direction, leadership and support for department. May be accountable for various projects to improve efficiency and drive productivity and quality within their area. Individuals at this level should have a broad understanding of the different areas of Operations. Monitors productivity and service levels using the various reports available. Strong people leader to provide coaching, development and performance management. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Partners with cross site peers and managers to establishes performance goals for department; collaborates with and directs associates to meet or exceed these goals Acts as an information source for associates and ensures training and development occurs Plans, assigns, monitors, reviews, evaluates and leads the work of associates Oversees team morale and plans for appropriate team building activities and rewards and recognition Handles performance management including career development and progressive discipline of direct reports Responsible for the direct supervision of the Unit. Collaborates with Division Managers and Unit Supervisors. Interacts with all employees of the Clerk and Comptroller’s office. Interacts with a variety of external customers including the general public, media, judiciary, local business organizations, and municipal, county and state governmental entities. NOTES: Experience with CRM / POS or any Case Management is a huge plus.  Someone used to working in and around these type systems.
