Our client, a non-profit organization located in Oakbrook is looking for a Data Entry professional to assist their growing services department. The ideal candidate is someone who has keen attention to detail and able to work on high volume projects. This is a contract position with the potential to turn into a permanent role. This position is onsite from the hours of 8-5pm with some flexibility.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of donations.
· Generate and proof daily, weekly, and/or monthly vendor fulfillment reports. Prepare, process, and package recognition, and inventory orders.
· Assists with donation entry and recognition requests from various sources.
· Operate in various databases to confirm donations, pull reports, and merge activity.
· Receive requests, correspondence, and telephone calls (occasionally in-person contact) to process requests, resolve routine problems and answer inquiries which may require some research.
· Follow up on routine inquiries and problems.
· Provides coverage for department staff with above duties related to staff vacations, sick days, etc. and other duties as directed.
Qualifications
· At least one year of experience in a data entry or office administrative position.
· Detail oriented, organized and ability to follow oral and written instruction and keep accurate records.
· Ability to learn new processes and rapidly adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
· Comfort with operating in multiple different databases and technical solutions
· Multi-tasking skills
· Strong initiative and analytical ability
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Inventory Management systems, and ecommerce platforms preferred
