Pay of $21.00 per hour 12-hour rotating shifts (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Health benefits What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or recycling operations Experience with electrical repairs and general maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication High school diploma or GED - preferred What You’ll Do as a Process Technician: Set up and monitor production machine parameters Perform start-of-shift machine configurations and quality checks Place raw materials into production lines and prevent material contamination Troubleshoot and conduct mechanical and electrical repairs Perform quality control checks throughout and at the end of production Maintain production equipment, including inspections and basic repairs Conduct mold changes and fine-tune robots in injection molding processes Ensure proper functionality of End of Arm Tooling (EOAT) Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with planning and engineering teams to improve processes Perform other duties as assigned
