Assist engineers to maintain the equipment relates to hard coating and tinting process.

Assist engineers to stabilize the process and keep continual improving.

Assist engineers to complete the Q&V of new process and equipment.

Monitor the status of operation, equipment and documents, and raise improvement suggestions.

Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency. And update the relevant document on time.

Assist engineers or production people to analyze the root cause of the defects.

Assist engineers and maintains team in equipment maintenance.

Complete the other work that engineers require.

Result Oriented (Most Important).

Minimum 1 years working experience in hard coating or tinting.

Have basic knowledge of ISO 9001 & 1400 and SPC.

Familiar with MS offices, Word, Excel ,Outlook and PowerPoint.
