Provides technical support to engineers to achieve improvements in processes, in aspects such as: cycle times, performance, unit cost, quality and safety in accordance with operational and production processes.

Monitors equipment and instruments by collecting information on calibration, inspection, testing, and repair activities to help make adjustments to instruments, equipment, or products.Assists on advanced quality planning  documentation as neededCreate process documentation including work instructions visual aids and route sheets for samples and capture lessons learned for transfer to production process and equipment design.Assists in the depuration and qualification of new production equipment.Analyze malfunctions and deviations of instruments and control systems to identify and resolve problemsMaintains the design of the processes to optimize the processes and facilitate their use, in accordance with the provisions of the standard operating procedures and good production practices

Experience / Qualifications

•Associate degree with 4-6 years of experience, or at least 6 years equivalent work experience •Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.
