As a Lead Process Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in driving world-class engineering solutions. You'll work in a dynamic environment with a team that's committed to innovation and excellence, successfully implementing strategies that determine the future of scientific advancement. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Coordinate and complete machine start-ups with precision. + Respond swiftly to machine, robot, TCU, and secondary equipment alarms. + Ensure machines and robots are operating at their maximum efficiency. + Troubleshoot and resolve machine, mold, and material issues flawlessly. + Report complexities to the Production Engineer that require special attention. + Accurately complete all necessary paperwork with strict adherence. + Manage and complete all die change activities efficiently. + Maintain the outstanding appearance of all TCUs and Robot Control Stations. + Ensure accurate care and disposal of all equipment and purgings. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives with innovative ideas. + Follow all OSHA safety rules and regulations diligently. + Make necessary machine and equipment control adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. + Support the development of Process Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (PFMEA). **Experience** + 3-5 years of proven experience in the injection molding process and tooling, including troubleshooting and qualifications. + Experience in process validations through IQ, OQ, & PQ or equivalent experience preferred. + High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
