Your Role

 

As a Process Technician, you will work with our New Product Introduction (NPI) Team as well as the Research and Development (R&D) team to develop and implement new products and equipment at our manufacturing facility in Jaffrey, NH.  Your role will be to assist several product development projects concurrently for the site.  This will require working across several cross functional areas, including Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, R&D, Operations, and Environmental Health and Safety to ensure a seamless transition of new products from R&D to manufacturing. Specific job duties entail:

 

Serve as the bridge between R&D and manufacturing for new products.Aid in all validation strategies for new products and equipment including data collection, data analysis, and defect analysis.Troubleshoot and help develop manufacturing processes.Evaluate any risks to manufacturing during development process before project is released to manufacturing.Procure necessary contractors, materials, and equipment to support projects.  Document standard operating procedures, experimental studies, defect analysis, and other critical documentation to the project.Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and good documentation practices.Ensure team applies safe work practices.Occasionally support NPI activities at our R&D location in Bedford, MA.

 

A Shift: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4:30 PM

 

Who You Are

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

4+ years’ experience in a Life Sciences, Technical, or Manufacturing environment.High School Diploma or GED.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

Excellent observational, linear thinking, and organizational skills.Associate Degree in Science, Engineering or Life Science discipline.Proven oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft applications.Analyze complex data.1+ years’ experience with fluid and web processes.Generate 2D AutoCAD drawings.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
