What awaits you:

Optimization of machine set-ups, to fulfill quality standardsReview of produced molds and production according to process playbook controlsCoordination of assigned operators to ensure production, retooling and adjustment of machinesInstruction of operators with regards to quality requirements according to the control schemeAssign repair instructions and support repairs of machines, tools and square partsEnsure compliance to EHS guidelines and procedures (IATF)Detect safety gaps and near miss analysisLead in continues improvement activitiesLead production flow through quality assurance after optimization of production machinesDocumentation of events in the shift book, change point management, PCR (when applicable) and update process playbooks accordinglyOther duties as assigned

What you'll need to succeed:

Minimum 3 years' experience in plastics industry or equivalentExperience in optimizing blow molding products or equivalentKnowledge about energy sources (electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic)Knowledge of relevant quality control schemesKnowledge of different measure techniques (z.B. calipers, gauges)Knowledge of EHS guidelinesKnowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)High school diploma or GED required
