Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Process Supervisor to join their team. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.  As a Process Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting production efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Supervisor (Direct Hire)
Location: Erie, PA
Pay Range: $24-$28 per hour
Shift: 7pm-7am with rotating days and every other weekend off
Sign-On Bonus:  $1500

What's the Job?

Analyze the production schedule to establish the daily workload and identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate effectively with the Management Team and Production Planning to streamline operations. Perform tasks of a Process Technician as needed to support production. Conduct daily assessments of cleanliness and organization on the production floor. Develop and execute training plans for employees on complex manufacturing equipment.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical training preferred. Prior experience or education in the injection molding or plastics industry is strongly desired. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in robot programming and troubleshooting automation equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.
