Responsibilities:

Coordinate, perform and implement assembly processes in automotive projects Knowledge of SMT process, preparing of programs for: ASYS laser, EKRA printer, PARMI AOI/SPI, FUJI P&P, viscom xray, REHM oven, SCHUNK milling.
Design experiments and characterize processes with statistical tools
SW minitab in the areas of: SMT, Waves, Conformal, Selective WeldsDefine product-specific tools and fixtures.Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.Review engineering design drawings and DFX reports for manufacturability.Monitor production activities and recommend improvements.Support teams, specifying, implementing and improving their performance.Evaluate and qualify new manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.Develops work procedures and instructions.Training of department technologists, analysis of new projects, specifying machines and tools, collaboration with ME, TSM,
