Process Specialist - B&L
**Job Summary** We are seeking a Process Specialist with 4 to 5 years of experience to join our team in the B&L domain. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on day shifts and no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Lead the analysis and optimization of business processes within the B&L domain + Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed process documentation + Provide support in the development and implementation of process improvements + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes + Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and provide insights + Monitor process performance and identify areas for improvement + Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations + Conduct regular process audits to maintain quality and efficiency + Facilitate training sessions for team members on new processes and tools + Support the development of process-related KPIs and metrics + Assist in the preparation of process-related presentations and documentation + Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback + Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall process effectiveness **Qualifications** + Must have strong technical skills in MS Excel + Should have experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments + Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Should have strong communication and collaboration abilities + Must be detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality + Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team + Must be adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines + Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing process inefficiencies + Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously + Should have experience with process documentation and improvement methodologies + Must have a solid understanding of industry standards and regulations + Should be proficient in data analysis and reporting + Must have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
