Where You’ll Make a Difference

Develop, revise, and implement process operation procedures to ensure safe process operation, and to meet company goals and customer requirements in terms of product quality and cost.Promptly assist the production team in resolving process deviations during manufacturing, analyze root causes, and propose and implement corrective and preventive actions.Act as project leader to form continuous improvement teams, identify and implement projects aimed at reducing costs, improving quality, and enhancing efficiency.Conduct chemical experiments and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.Lead the introduction of new product processes and submit high-quality pilot and trial production reports.Lead or participate in process safety assessments, identify and control potential safety risks in production processes, and ensure process safety.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Master and above degree in chemical engineering or chemistry.2+ years’ experience in Chemical industry.Fluent in written and oral English.Strong Team player.

How Would You Stand Out?

Familiar with organic chemistry is plus.Familiar with Six Sigma tools is plus.
