Support and Problem Solving

Responsibilities:

Co-development of manufacturing processes with process research chemist to meet business needs and timelines.Develops and evaluates available technology and resources in order to develop achievable process improvement recommendation and goals, and improvement of existing manufacturing processes.Evaluates complex manufacturing processes and equipment to identify and recommend equipment upgrades that could improve efficiency or quality.Establish bench-scale platform to obtain key process parameters for scale-up purpose.Maintain a safe and tidy laboratory and Maintain lab equipment good performance.Solves & troubleshoots technology issues in relation to production line equipment from a process related point of view.

Qualifications:

Master or PhD in chemical engineering or chemistry.Professional in reaction engineering and separation engineering.Familiar with organic chemistry is plus.Experience in catalyst field is plus.The ability to develop robust and efficient experimental plans that can provide timely technical solutions to meet commercial opportunities.Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills.Strong Team player.
