Uses inspection, measurement, and testing equipment to perform product verification activities, detecting and reporting faults or out-of-calibration equipment. + Reports any nonconformities related to the product or process. + Collects data to generate PPMs. + Assists with product inspection concerns/questions. + Assists with the management of nonconforming materials. + Develops and implements the LPA (Layer Process Audit) methodology for manufacturing processes. + Establishes and maintains quality records. + Analyzes internal and external data (NCMR, complaints) to suggest process modifications. + Addresses actions during GEMBA walks. **English Level:** Basic **Experience Required:** Knowledge of measuring equipment.
