Collect and share Quality/Process metrics.Assists the Quality Engineer or Supervisor in the implementation of measurement and testing equipment, as well as the performance and evaluation of R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility Studies) of the measurement equipment. Uses inspection, measurement, and testing equipment to perform product verification activities, detecting and reporting faults or out-of-calibration equipment.Reports any nonconformities related to the product or process.Collects data to generate PPMs.Assists with product inspection concerns/questions.Assists with the management of nonconforming materials.Develops and implements the LPA (Layer Process Audit) methodology for manufacturing processes.Establishes and maintains quality records.Analyzes internal and external data (NCMR, complaints) to suggest process modifications.Addresses actions during GEMBA walks.
English Level: Basic
Experience Required: Knowledge of measuring equipment. Basic Office software.
Educational Level: Recent graduate or in the final semesters of Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. Technical degree may be considered."
