We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In this Role, your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Addresses root causes systematically, using "5 Why's, Fishbone" methods and produces Root Cause Analysis analysis reports + Manages processes such as root cause analysis, corrective actions, non-conformities and In-bound Quality. + Maintains accurate and complete records of audit results and corrective actions. Identifies quality trends following process and system audits and ensures that corrective/preventive actions are implemented. + Supports quality initiatives in existing or new programs or projects within the company + Creates and updates monthly reports and quality indicators + Maintain and develop the Quality Management System & Procedures. + Coordinates activities related to the disposition of non-conforming or suspect products as well as performance reporting (Material Review Board, Scrap) + Ensure that IT systems (Oracle, EtQ Reliance, internal databases) are updated with quality data according to quality requirements, legal requirements or other applicable regulations; + Participates in risk assessments in case of customer problems. **Who You Are:** You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You solicit both input and discussion. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
