Process Quality Engineer

As the **Process Quality Engineer** you will be responsible to support all aspects of the Quality Management System (QMS). This includes process audits and process training, with an emphasis on the Rapid Response process. The position also assists in various quality operations for multiple product and process types and in the continuous improvement process. We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities! **In this Role, your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Addresses root causes systematically, using "5 Why's, Fishbone" methods and produces Root Cause Analysis analysis reports + Manages processes such as root cause analysis, corrective actions, non-conformities and In-bound Quality. + Maintains accurate and complete records of audit results and corrective actions. Identifies quality trends following process and system audits and ensures that corrective/preventive actions are implemented. + Supports quality initiatives in existing or new programs or projects within the company + Creates and updates monthly reports and quality indicators + Maintain and develop the Quality Management System & Procedures. + Coordinates activities related to the disposition of non-conforming or suspect products as well as performance reporting (Material Review Board, Scrap) + Ensure that IT systems (Oracle, EtQ Reliance, internal databases) are updated with quality data according to quality requirements, legal requirements or other applicable regulations; + Participates in risk assessments in case of customer problems. **Who You Are:** You stay aligned with your goals and stay productive. You solicit both input and discussion. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. A higher-level qualification is an advantage + Minimum of 3-5 years in a process quality, manufacturing, or related role + Experience in interpretation of the technical drawings, geometrical dimensions and tolerances; + Proficient in English + Knowledge of ISO standards (Quality Systems & Tools (PPAP, APQP, ISO9001, TS16949 & Similar), Auditor certificate + Six Sigma/Lean skills **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Strong Analytical and Good Technical Skills + Excellent organizational and follow-up skills + Competent in problem solving, planning and decision making + Excellent communication, listening and problem-solving skills. + Organizational and presentation skills **Our Culture & Commitment to You** At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
