Your journey to a meaningful career starts with ZF LIFETEC 1. 参与FMEA和过程开发，主导制定产品控制计划，协助新项目样件制作 Involve in FMEA and process development, lead Production Control Plan development, support sample build during new project development. 2. 主导过程质量控制开发，新项目及量产阶段的过程尺寸改进 Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period. 3. 主导监控和改善过程一次不良率，质量成本以及报废率的降低，以及问题解决的改善项目 Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc. and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics. 4. 协调控制，校验过程，以及检验工装及测量设备的使用方法； Coordinate the control, calibration and usage of inspection gauges and measuring equipment’s. 5. 主导不合格品控制流程及不良品处理，并且主导返工、拆解过程的控制（若适用）； Leading Non-conformity management and handling; and lead on rework/disassembly process management if applicable. 6. 主导与过程相关的客户，内部以及供应商的改善及预防对策跟踪 Lead and monitoring in-process relevant customer, internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions. 7. 主导生产过程中的内部经验教训及水平展开 Lead manufacturing process lesson learned & read across internally. 8. 协助内外部质量系统，过程及产品审核 Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits.
