Process Quality Control Supervisor

Join our team and start your journey today! **As** **Process Quality Control** **Supervisor, you will:** + Ensure customer’s requirements are addressed and satisfied in day-to-day production + Deal with customer complaints caused by internal production line + Review and analyze customer’s requirements and make solid action plan + Ensure all corrective actions related to customer requirements are well + implemented on production line + Manage and direct day to day activities of process quality control team to ensure quality and regulatory compliance + Control and define manufacturing process parameter, including control plan, FMEA, standardized work, poka-yoke verification, internal PPM method, etc. + Analyze statistical data and product specification to determine present standards and establish proposed quality expectation of finished goods + Launch new products smoothly with high level of quality + Identify technical challenges in the production and lead project to improve gradually + Monitor and track daily work of process quality team + Lead and motivate the team through open communication, provide guidance, motivation and regular feedback **Required education, experience and skills:** + Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Materials Science and Engineering or Mechanical Engineering + Minimum 8 years’ quality control related experiences in manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years’ experience of team management + Have a good understanding/knowledge about GD&T + Familiar with quality tools, including SPC, MSA, etc. + Customer oriented and high accountability + Good problems solving skill and continuous improvement mindset + Good negotiation and communication skills + Self-motivated & energetic with a strong work ethic + Fluent in English both for oral and written **Our Commitment to Our People** Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
