The Process Product Manager – Aftermarket drives Weir’s growth strategy by leading aftermarket solutions for stirred mills, with a specialized focus on grinding and related comminution processes in mining rock processing. This role leverages deep process knowledge to deliver spare parts, upgrades, and technical services that optimize plant performance and sustainability. Collaborating with global teams and OEM partners, you will enhance customer outcomes in mineral processing, shaping Weir’s leadership in aftermarket services.

This exciting position includes up to 30% international travel for client site visits, process assessments, and aftermarket project support.
Education and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, mineral processing or related field preferred; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, process safety) are advantageous.5-10 years experience in mining rock processing, focused on aftermarket services or process management. Expertise in grinding and related comminution processes is essential. Proven success in aftermarket process solutions or plant optimization, ideally with global exposure.Deep understanding of stirred mills and related comminution systems, including process design, maintenance, and aftermarket solutions. Familiarity with Weir’s minerals processing technologies (e.g., Enduron® HPGRs, Warman® pumps) and their integration with grinding and related comminution plants. Knowledge of process simulation or plant control software is a plus.Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills to collaborate globally and solve complex process challenges. Field or plant-based experience in mining is highly valued.About Weir
