**Employment contract: initially 1 year fixed term, with the option to be extended to permanent**

We are pleased to announce a job opening for the position of **Process Optimization Manager in Radom – Center of Digital Excellence.**
The Radom branch is the largest digitalization center in Europe and the largest branch in Poland. We are looking for passionate, open-minded leaders with a strategic approach. **Your role in our mission:**
+ Implements operational process optimization projects
+ Oversees project implementation
+ Introduces tools for process optimization
+ Trains internal employees
+ Analyzes the results of implemented improvements
+ Monitors and reports results to the management board
+ Supervises all work related to project execution and quality
+ Organizes and is responsible for the proper execution of project work
+ Prepares periodic and control reports regarding the department's work
+ Utilization of the DMS budget in agreement with the supervisor
+ Takes care of entrusted company property and assets
+ Cultivates a positive company image and internal and external PR for the company
+ Ensures appropriate working conditions in terms of health and safety
+ Adheres to and monitors the application of the company's current work organization, regulations, procedures, and other internal instructions, including fire safety and health and safety
**Key Skills, Requirements, and Competencies:**
+ Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
+ Excellent organizational skills
+ Proficiency in MS Office suite
+ Analytical thinking skills
+ Decision-making skills and taking initiative attitude
+ Knowledge of operational improvement projects
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
**Languages:**
+ English - advanced level
+ German - is a plus
