**Job Description**
Do you have proven experience of improving and optimizing Global Business Services processes ?
This role is within our Business Optimization and Analytics team, within our GBS organization, where we are looking for an experiences LEAN DMAIC 6 Sigma practitioner to drive process optimization projects.
Please note that this is a role base in Billund, Denmark or Prague, in the Czech Republic and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ To project manage (min) Green Belt level DMAIC 6 Sigma projects
+ To facilitate teams through the process of optimizing processes through a structured problem solving methodology
+ To create strong stakeholder relationships with Global Process Owners & Global Service Owners to ensure the scope is understood, agreed and delivered
+ To coach and develop others in DMAIC 6 Sigma methodology
+ To ensure project success through strong storytelling skills and effective communication

PO&A is a team within our Business Service Operations (GBS). Our responsibilities cover global process ownership of O2C, S2P, R2R & H2R end to end streams. Our mission is to build and maintain efficient and effective standardized processes and bridge business needs with IT solutions.
In this role, you will drive improvement projects across all 4 streams utilizing DMAIC 6 Sigma methodology
**Do you have what it takes?**
+ Certification to Green Belt or Black Belt level DMAIC 6 Sigma.
+ 5+ years of experience within GBS process improvement.
+ Experience of using SAP, Minitab, Process Mining
+ Excellent English communication and presentation skills; ability to explain complex issues clearly.
+ Demonstrates understanding of how to optimize end-to-end global processes
+ Skilled in stakeholder management, coaching, storytelling, facilitating workshops, project management
+ Dedicated team player, curious, eager to learn, and proactive.
