Process Optimization Analyst

Ford Credit is seeking an experienced Process Optimization Analyst who can drive / support global process re-engineering initiatives. This position is designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about transforming business processes to enhance efficiency and performance. In this role, you will lead the redesign of key processes and workflows, taking full ownership of their end-to-end implementation to ensure smooth integration and sustainable operational excellence throughout the organization
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field required. MBA or other relevant advanced degree highly preferred.Experience:
5+ years of years of experience in process redesign, business process management, or a related field Experience of supporting process redesign initiatives Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and project management methodologies. Experience in credit operations of banking, or insurance, or auto-captive finance is highly preferred.Skills
Ability to identify opportunities for synergy and integration, simplifying complex processes. Proficiency in process mapping software and data analysis tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data efficiently, providing insights that drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels. Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools, to efficiently manage and analyze complex data sets.Preferred/Good to Have:
Experience using Microsoft Project for effective project planning and management, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives. Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps is beneficial, enabling the development of custom applications that streamline processes and enhance user engagement across various platforms. Proficiency in Power BI is advantageous, providing the ability to create detailed reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights into business performance and process efficiency.Job Responsibilities
Global Transformation Initiatives: Actively support or drive key transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. End-to-End Process Re-engineering: Analyze and redesign complete business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring optimal performance. Process Mapping: Develop detailed process maps for current (as-is) and future (to-be) process flows, providing clear visual documentation for stakeholders. Opportunity Identification: Identify and evaluate opportunities for process offshoring, elimination, and automation, contributing to a more streamlined workflow. Service Level and KPI Review: Assess current and proposed service level requirements and process KPIs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. Governance and Service Management: Review and refine governance and service management frameworks to maintain high standards of service delivery. Design Workshops: Organize and support workshops to design innovative solutions, fostering collaborative environments for idea generation and problem-solving. Project Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for various functions within Ford Credit, developing and managing project plans, and collaborating effectively with global stakeholders.
