**Position Summary:**
The Entry Level Regeneration Operator will work in a dynamic plant/factory environment, performing various operations and tasks under close supervision. This entry-level role involves executing a series of predefined processes related to regeneration, including equipment handling, monitoring operations, and adhering to safety and quality standards. The operator will receive guidance and support from experienced team members to ensure efficient and accurate task completion.

**Core Responsibilities and Tasks:**
+ Follow all policies and guidelines regarding workplace safety and product quality.
+ Understand and efficiently operate a complex, manually operated chemical feed and recovery system.
+ Monitor and adjust system parameters to achieve high-quality results.
+ Move, empty, and fill vessels as required.
+ Perform QC checks on filled vessels, including leak checks and flow testing using designated test stations and measuring equipment.
+ Perform daily maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of equipment.
+ Enter and maintain accurate data in record logs for inventory accuracy and QC record retention.
+ Assist in troubleshooting machine operations/processes to improve efficiency.
+ Assist in resolving routine manufacturing and/or maintenance issues affecting daily operations.
+ Maintain a safe and clean work area by actively participating in housekeeping responsibilities.
**Position Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or GED.
+ Must be able to read and write in English.
+ Must complete site-specific safety training.
+ Ability to communicate clearly with team members regarding batch status and processes.
+ Must be able to read instructions.
+ Basic math skills.
+ Some manufacturing or plant experience preferred.
+ Forklift certification preferred.
+ Knowledge of computers and plant control systems preferred.
**Compensation & Benefits:**
The estimated salary range for this position is $20 to $22. Starting pay depends on multiple factors such as skills, experience, and work location.
