Principal Accountabilities:

Perform ongoing assigned lead activities, including providing to support to team, in addition to performing operator rolesOperate mobile powered equipment (i.e. forklift, skid loader, sit down floor sweeper, front end loader)Inspect buildings, grounds and equipment utilized by the facility to troubleshoot, perform light maintenance and complete repair work while coordinating with maintenance work and other teams to ensure a smooth and stable operating processUse hand and power tools perform preventative and autonomous maintenance, troubleshoot complex machine issues and support other operators in troubleshooting and providing guidanceMonitor equipment, operate control panels, process samples, adjust machine processes using selectivity and complex decision making and utilize computer systems to input and record data and support othersUnderstand and adhere to all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned


Required Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written) Basic computer skills Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experienceAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice


Preferred Qualifications: 

Prior experience working on a production/manufacturing environment.Experience with automated computer systems, such as Human Machine Interface (HMI)
