What you’ll do • Advanced Analytical Proficiency and Root Cause Analysis Expertise: Your strong analytical and Excel skills enable you to dissect complex data and make informed decisions. Coupled with your expertise in root cause analysis you effectively identify and solve fundamental issues, enhancing both accuracy and efficiency.• Proficiency with Microsoft 365: You are skilled in leveraging the full suite of Microsoft 365 tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to streamline operations and enhance productivity.• Process Mapping and Optimization: With extensive experience in process mapping and a deep understanding of workflow analysis, you excel at refining complex processes. Your proficiency extends to leveraging Microsoft O365 tools like PowerApps and employing advanced process mining technologies such as Celonis and Signavio to drive significant enhancements in workflow optimization.• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate across diverse, international teams and convey complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.• Incubation Management and Strategic Thinking: Your expertise in innovation management, combined with a strategic mindset, allows you to drive transformative changes such as implementing sustainable solutions leveraging AI.Who you are• 2-4 years of proven experience in telecom operations or data analysis, demonstrating a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges and opportunities.• Must have a comprehensive understanding of all relevant process steps required to perform data and process analysis and generate meaningful insights.• Advanced knowledge in process analysis, enhancing the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements. Practical experience in tools such as Celonis and Signavio is a plus • Ability to understand and work with complex business and data models, facilitating accurate analysis and decision-making.• Basic knowledge of risk management practices and principles, contributing to more secure and reliable outcomes is a plus.• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning integrated with Office 365, including tools like CoPilot and other AI features, is a plus. This expertise enables the effective application of these technologies to optimize processes and analyses.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), crucial for effectively articulating findings, collaborating across teams, and presenting insights to stakeholders.Not a perfect fit?
