Job PurposeGlobal Process Champion is responsible for the process design (level 1-4) including IM alignment for systems, standard operating procedures, training, and closure of deviations to standards.
Useful metrics:
• 6 main ERPs
• 1 Purchasing suite
• 1 central finance (CFIN) for payment
• 1 Vendor Invoice Management solution
• 400k Purchase Orders
• 3mil supplier invoices (3rd party and intercompany)
• Develop standard operating procedures in the P2P area
• Contact training in the P2P area
• Run fit-gap analysis and maintain deviation logs
• Deliver the level of process standardization in P2P
• Contribute on delivering policies in the area of P2P
• Participate in system changes and secure that process design is delivering as planned
• Drive agreed transitions
