Process Manager - Legal & Compliance
**The Position** Are you passionate about designing Legal & Compliance Processes of the future? Do you enjoy translating strategies into action within a dynamic, international environment? As Process Manager in our Source to Pay Compliance and Legal Process Management team, you will be part of the Global Business Services (GBS) organization at Boehringer Ingelheim. If this sounds interesting to you, we are looking forward to receiving your application. **Tasks & responsibilities** + In your new role, you will be responsible for the governance, design, deployment, and measurement of globally harmonized legal and compliance processes transferred to GBS. + Utilizing your end-to-end process experience, you will collaborate closely with colleagues from GBS, Legal & Compliance on both corporate and local levels to coordinate the development and implementation of new processes. Additionally, you will integrate Legal & Compliance practices into the existing GBS framework. + You will manage international projects, from preparation to implementation, and ensure the follow-up of project milestones. + Drive continuous improvement by addressing end-user inquiries related to GBS Legal and Compliance matters, working closely with Legal & Compliance and GBS Center Network teams. + Your responsibilities will also include documenting processes and monitoring process compliance. **Requirements** + Master’s degree in Legal, Compliance, Finance or Business Administration with a few years of international work experience in Process Management + Experience in structuring and working with Shared Service Centers (e. g. setting up SLA’s, KPI’s knowledge transfer techniques) including a good understanding of Legal & Compliance processes + Extended experience in managing international projects with proven track record of substantial accomplishment + Motivated and open-minded team player with strong relationship management skills and a persuasive, and perseverant personality + Strong communication skills in English, knowledge of the German language is a plus **Ready to contact us?** If you have any questions about the job posting or process - please contact our HR Direct Team, Tel: +49 (0) 6132 77-3330 or via mail: hr.de@boehringer-ingelheim.com **Recruitment process:** Step 1: Online application - The job posting is presumably online until August 8th, 2025.
