You and your jobAs a Process Manager FEC Sanctions you play a critical role in ensuring that Rabobank meets Sanctions requirements and effectively manages Sanctions risks. You have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Global FEC Sanctions related processes and the global implementation of these processes and work instructions. Your proactive approach is crucial to reach the Sanctions purpose: Together we safeguard our customers, the bank and society by detecting and preventing sanctions violations.
The Sanctions landscape is a dynamic and challenging field with complex processes. This requires a creative mindset to identify the best ideas for improvement. By solving issues through process optimization, automation, and robotics, our analysts can have increased focus on detecting, investigating and therefore reducing sanction risks. You feel comfortable in an environment that is constantly evolving, with a continuous need for improvement proposals and clear work instructions. A role with impact, which you fulfill as a Process Manager.
Practical ExamplesTogether with a multidisciplinary team, you are responsible for developing and optimizing end-to-end FEC Sanctions processes. Your activities are often focused on significant changes in process design, technical systems, or organizational components.You have specialized sanctions knowledge, you act as an advisor to management and other stakeholders. You make a difference by ensuring the correct application of our work processes and further optimizing them. You translate market developments and customer signals into inventive, operational, and usable solutions.You contribute to Continuous Improvement (Agile methodology/Lean philosophy) and participate in projects to elevate the FEC organization to a higher level.An example of making impact as a Process Manager:
