Job DescriptionEnhance operational efficiency by developing and implementing effective process methods and work instructions, by increasing productivity and reducing waste;Ensuring the implementation of newly created processes to improve production flows;Collaborate with project teams during product development and scaling, define necessary equipment and tools, and create process flow diagrams;Collaborate and support with other departments with capacity measurement and production issues;Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and throughput;Support root cause analysis and corrective action plans for production issues;Monitor production data to identify trends and recommend improvements;Select appropriate measurement techniques and analyze their advantages and disadvantages;Optimize operational processes by measuring the progress of time required for specific operations;Conduct objective evaluations through sample calculations and regular statistical assessments;Perform periodic reassessments post-development phases;Develop process documentation and standard operating procedures;Initiates and leads continuous improvement projects, based on lean concept;Participate in inventory activities according to company needs;Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate process reports.

QualificationsUniversity degree in the engineering field;Strong English knowledge;Lean Manufacturing Concept Knowledge (5S, SMED, Kanban);Problem solving, 5WHY, ISHIKAWA;Similar work experience.
