In the role of Process Lead - Packaging working in Trenton, OH you will be part of the Packaging Department in Brewery Operations. You will be responsible for working on a team requiring leading, coaching and motivating in an operational capacity to ensure high quality products are produced. You will drive a focus on safety, cost effectiveness, and production KPI’s effectively maximizing operational efficiency and continuous improvement of a Packaging Line. 

 

This position reports to the Line Lead and works closely with Brewery Operational Teams. 

 

What You’ll Be Brewing:

 

Builds and develops a team of technicians in the areas of technical knowledge and leadership capability coaching them to make sound decisions in all performance aspects of day-to-day operations. 

 

As a Process Lead at MCBC you will lead a 24-hour operation of a functional area with managerial support, or lead a small shift team with one or two shifts (not 24-hour production), or share responsibility for a functional area.

 

Process Leads own Centerline Management System for the line(s)/department, including all data analysis, management of targets and documents standards, health checks, training and coaching of others on site to build Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving skillset. Tools such as loss tree analysis, the top 3 stops and root cause analysis during the Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings help to drive out losses for the area. You will review changeovers, and assigns owners to follow up actions on the daily plan and for the next shifts to ensure the focus is on the correct areas of improvement.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Business OR equivalent experience in the field of Food Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Science or Business. Yellow belt or green belt certified, as well as Problem solving analysis experience preferred. Possess a proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment  Demonstrable evidence of driving World Class Supply Chain Initiatives to deliver on challenging objectives and KPI’s   Problem solving tools and methodologies and changeover time reduction (SMED) experience. You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome, Union experience a plus.   You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments   You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow   You exhibit our company core values.

At Molson Coors, we’re committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do.


Job Posting Total Rewards Offerings: $71,000.00 - $93,200.00 (posting salary range) + 10% target short term incentive + $23,000 on average spent on benefits per employee, including but not limited to health, dental, vision, retirement with above market employer match, wellness incentives and EAP + paid time off (including holidays, vacation days and sick days).


The posting range provided above for salary is what we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  We ultimately pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors that inform pay decisions including but not limited to the required work location, previous work experience, skill set and internal equity.
