We are seeking a Process Intelligence Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sanofi. In this role, you will analyze event logs and derive insights to improve process performance across our organization. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Process Mining and visualization tools, applying Agile methodology to drive digital transformation in an international, multicultural environment.

Main responsibilities:

Analyze event logs to derive insights into process performanceIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and compliance violations in business processesLead Process Intelligence Projects in collaboration with business stakeholdersCreate dashboards and reports to visualize process performanceUtilize process mining tools to uncover optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologiesMonitor and report on the impact of implemented changesContribute to process governance, documentation and improvement

About you

Experience

3-5 years of experience in process analysis or similar role1-3 years of experience in data-based decision makingProject management experience is advantageousProcess mining experience/certification is preferredBusiness Process Management certification is a plus

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in process mining tools (QPR, Celonis, UIPath)Experience with data visualization platforms (PowerBI, Tableau)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate complex findings into actionable insightsKnowledge of end-to-end business processes (P2P, D2C, P2M)Experience with Agile methodologyUnderstanding of continuous improvement principles

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Languages:

Fluent in English
