Essential duties and responsibilities
We are seeking highly motivated new college grades to join our process integration team to work on Virtual Manufacture Engineering. In this position, you will have opportunities to learn from and work alongside with some of the best process/process integration/TCAD/device/design experts in the industry to develop future memory technology. You will utilize 3D simulation tool to explore new architectures, innovative structures, process feasibility, and manufacture margin for future 3D NAND and beyond.
QualificationsRequired:
This position requires a minimum MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, Materials Science or a similar program, graduating between August 2025 and June 2026. Ph.D degree and/or prior working experience in semiconductor industry is highly desired. Recent graduated postdoctoral scholar may also be considered.The candidate must have in depth knowledge of advanced semiconductor processing technologies and working experience in the cleanroom.The ideal individual has deep understanding on semiconductor device physics and/or nanoelectronics, and knowledge in statistical methods for experimental design and data analysis.The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.Preferred Skills:
