Process Improvement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Process Improvement Specialist to join our manufacturing site. This is a strategic, dual-role position that combines driving performance improvements across the plant with leading the introduction of new products into production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong technical problem-solving skills, and is passionate about operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the implementation of new products, formulations, and packaging into production in close collaboration with R&D and commercial teams.Use data analysis, root cause investigations, and structured problem-solving techniques to resolve technical issues and recommend sustainable solutions.Develop and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) plans, including scale-ups, production trials, documentation, and seamless handovers to operations.Facilitate Kaizen events and coach cross-functional teams on Lean tools, visual management, and structured problem-solving.Ensure proper documentation for all new processes and products, including work instructions and risk assessments.

Education & Experience

University degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations, or a related field3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations settingExperience with continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, or industrial engineering preferred

Skills & Languages

Strong working knowledge of Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM, VSM, etc.)Experience with Six Sigma; Green Belt or higher is a plusSkilled in data analysis and problem-solving methodologies (Pareto, 8D, PDCA, etc.)Fluent in Polish and advanced proficiency in English (minimum C1 level)
