Discover Impactful Work:

As our Process Improvement Lead within Supply Chain, you will be in charge of driving and implementing lean principles and advancing continuous improvement across the organization. The role aims to refine processes, reduce waste, and bring value for both internal and external customers.

A day in the Life:

Analyze and map current processes within the supply chain.

Identify and implement lean initiatives to cut waste and boost efficiency.

Initiate, plan, and drive independent improvement projects.

Measure and evaluate processes using critical metrics.

Report progress and results of improvement initiatives to management.

Educate and mentor team members in lean principles and tools.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement through active engagement.

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to influence and engage collaborators at all levels

Proactive approach with a passion for continuous improvement

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in industrial engineering, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Experience

At least 5-8 years of experience in supply chain or operations, focusing on process improvements according to LEAN principles.

Proven track record of initiating and driving independent improvement projects.

Experience collaborating with various stakeholders in a management team setting.

Demonstrated ability to measure and evaluate processes using critical metrics and report results to management.
