Job Summary
The Process Improvement Facilitator leads improvement projects that help teams across Prevea Health work more efficiently and deliver better experiences for patients and staff. This role works directly with departments to identify issues, map out solutions, and support successful implementation. In addition to managing projects, the Facilitator builds internal skills by coaching teams and providing resources to support their own local improvement work. This position plays a key role in translating big-picture strategies into practical changes that make a day-to-day difference.

1-3 years Experience in project management, process or continuous improvement, operations, or workflow optimization in healthcare or similarly complex, regulated environments. Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills. Experience with interactive presentations to a group. Demonstrated professional experience working on strategic projects with multiple priorities. Experience and demonstrated ability to teach new skills Ability to build and maintain effective business relationships with key organizational stakeholders, business partners and senior leaders. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite. Demonstrated experience applying structured improvement methodologies to drive measurable outcomes. Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify process inefficiencies and guide evidence-based decision-making. Familiarity with process mapping, root cause analysis, and visual management tools to support sustainable workflow redesign.Licenses and Certifications
