Overview

This role assists with making changes in clinical, operational or transformational processes with a strategic or operational focus.  Interface with Process Improvement staff as they support leaders and help identify opportunities for improvement, organize resources, select and implement the appropriate improvement methodology and ensure projects are conducted successfully.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is:$42,598.40-$71,002.88. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
