**Job Summary** A Process Executive has to be able to manage his or her own metrics on daily weekly and monthly basis **Responsibilities** Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure 98% or higher accuracy is maintained Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics Track his/her own performance need improvise based on the business requirement Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer.
