**Job Summary** We are seeking a Process Executive for our Property & Casualty Insurance team with 0 to 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office and a keen interest in Auto - Claims. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts requiring no travel. The role involves handling various insurance processes and ensuring efficient operations. **Responsibilities** + Handle and process insurance claims related to Property & Casualty Insurance. + Ensure accurate data entry and management using MS Office tools. + Provide support in the documentation and verification of claims. + Assist in the resolution of customer inquiries and issues. + Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. + Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency. + Monitor and report on the status of claims and other relevant metrics. + Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. + Participate in training sessions to stay updated with industry standards. + Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding. + Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues promptly. + Support the team in achieving overall business objectives. **Qualifications** + Proficiency in MS Office is required. + Experience in Auto + Claims is a nice to have. + Knowledge of Property & Casualty Insurance is beneficial. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Certifications Required** Certification in MS Office is required.
