**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive for our Property & Casualty (P&C) team with 1 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and preferably domain experience in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts. **Responsibilities** + Process and manage insurance claims efficiently to ensure timely resolution. + Utilize MS Office tools to maintain accurate records and documentation. + Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information. + Analyze claim details to identify potential issues and discrepancies. + Collaborate with team members to improve process efficiency and accuracy. + Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their concerns and queries. + Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. + Monitor and track claim status to ensure timely updates and follow-ups. + Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management review. + Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. + Support the team in achieving performance targets and goals. + Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall productivity. + Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in MS Office. + Have experience in Auto + Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have). + Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. + Show attention to detail and accuracy in work. + Be able to work independently and as part of a team. + Display a customer-centric approach and commitment to service excellence. **Certifications Required** Certification in MS Office or relevant field preferred.
