Process Executive - B&L

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and a background in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and in-office during day shifts. No travel is required.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assist in the execution of daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
+ Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate reports.
+ Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
+ Provide support in the documentation and maintenance of process guidelines.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
+ Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure process effectiveness.
+ Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and share insights.
+ Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements.
+ Assist in the training of new team members on standard operating procedures.
+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
+ Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
+ Maintain accurate records of all process-related activities.
+ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance process quality.
**Qualifications**
+ Proficiency in MS Excel is required.
+ Experience in Consumer Lending Cards & Payments is a plus.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
+ Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial.
